Founded in 1950 and headquartered in Bologna, Italy, La Patria offers a comprehensive suite of alarm monitoring and integrated security solutions to more than 13,000 SME, corporate and residential customers across a wide range of end-markets throughout northern Italy. The company operates through a state-of-the-art control center and delivers mission-critical alarm monitoring and response services through advanced systems and highly skilled personnel.
The Deal
La Patria S.p.A. has been acquired from Alvarez & Marsal Capital Europe by a group of investors.
The transaction marks a new chapter in La Patria’s development, providing additional resources to accelerate its growth and further strengthen its position as a leading provider of integrated security and alarm monitoring services in Italy. Building on its loyal customer base and scalable go-to-market platform, La Patria plans to expand its offering into adjacent areas such as fire safety, access control, and IoT-based building management systems.
Lincoln International acted as exclusive debt advisor to the acquirors, structuring and arranging a financing package provided by Five Arrows. The facility delivers an efficient and flexible capital structure designed to support the acquisition and La Patria’s next phase of growth. The transaction also represents Five Arrows’ first direct lending investment in Italy.
