Valensina Group has sold its business unit Donath to ANTON HÜBNER
Sportfit Fruchtsaft GmbH & Co. KG, an affiliate company of Valensina group – the leading German fruit juice business – has sold all of the assets of its business unit Donath© to ANTON HÜBNER GmbH & Co. KG, an affiliate company of Dermapharm Group. Donath© is Germany´s leading brand for whole fruit products and sweets sold in health stores and organic food retail chains.
ANTON HÜBNER develops, produces and markets natural medicine, nutricional products and OTC pharmaceuticals which are exclusively sold in health stores. Through the acquisition of the Donath© business HÜBNER extends its product offering to its core retail customer group by whole fruit products. Lincoln International AG was mandated by sportfit Fruchtsaft GmbH & Co. KG to act as the exclusive financial adviser for this transaction.
