United Stationers has sold Azerty to Synnex Corporation

Lincoln International acted as financial advisor to United Stationers Supply Co. (NASDAQ:USTR), North America’s largest broad line wholesale distributor of business products, in the sale of the assets of its Canadian division, Azerty United Canada, to SYNNEX Canada Limited, a subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE:SNX). This transaction represents the second transaction that Lincoln International has completed for United Stationers. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
