Lincoln acted as an investment banking representative for Turf Design, working closely with the company’s management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing and due diligence phases of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This marks the 22nd transaction closed since January 2018 for Lincoln’s market-leading building products team.
