Trill Impact has acquired a majority stake in karriere tutor
karriere tutor (kt) is an online provider of state-subsidized business-to-government (B2G) advanced vocational mid to high-skill level training for jobseekers in Germany. kt was founded in Königstein am Taunus, Germany in 2015, and has become the leading German digital provider of B2G professional training. It has an extensive and modular high-quality product offering of over 800 certified training programs focusing on the job requirements of tomorrow (industry 4.0 / digitalization). The offered courses range from business, marketing and healthcare to digital and information technology. The company also offers career coaching, exam preparation and individual support.
Majority owned by Findos Investor since February 2021, kt has realized key value creation levers within only a year and has been looking for a new growth partner to further scale the business. kt has already helped over 15,000 graduates, supporting their reintegration into skilled jobs, highlighting Trill Impact’s view that access to education is the basis for social cohesion. Trill Impact, alongside founder and Co-chief Executive Officer, Oliver Herbig, plans to support management in expanding the course offering, improving training accessibility and actively supporting further professionalization of the organization through increasing brand awareness, expanding digital sales and marketing expertise.
