Sun European Partners affiliate has acquired Sports & Leisure Group
Headquartered in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, SLG is the leading European, artificial-grass systems provider for sports, leisure and landscaping. With four state-of-the-art production sites across three continents, SLG has a cross-continental reach, serving around 90 countries. SLG owns, amongst others, two globally renowned sports brands, Domo Sports Grass and Limonta Sport, which benefit from the highest accreditations across a broad range of sports organizations, including FIFA (football), FIH (hockey), ITF (tennis) and IRB (rugby).
Sun European Partners is the European adviser to U.S.-based Sun Capital Partners Inc., a global private equity firm with $7 billion of assets under management, focused on partnering with outstanding management teams to accelerate value creation.
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and debt advisor to Sun European Partners.
