Logiq Consulting
Founded in 2018, Logiq Consulting is a fast-growing, UK-based cybersecurity specialist, providing cyber-related services to the UK defense sector. The company offers two core services: cybersecurity assurance, strategy and system delivery, and DISX, its proprietary subscription software, that hosts a secure environment to allow information exchange between contractors and government entities.
The Deal
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive buy-side advisor to Phoenix Equity Partners. Given Lincoln’s deep knowledge of the cybersecurity and digital transformation sector (particularly for those businesses with a focus on the defense sector), Lincoln was able to offer insightful analysis, which acted as a key contributor to the successful completion of the transaction.
