John Brooks, Chief Executive Officer of ATRG, commented, “Lincoln provided support and leverage to me and my team and provided us with multiple partners to choose from.”
Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to ATRG, working closely with the shareholders and management team throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, due diligence and negotiation phases of the transaction.
Lincoln was an outstanding partner and continued to drive value throughout the sale process. Their business model expertise and buyer knowledge helped create a great outcome for the shareholders.
