Mill Point Capital has agreed to sell Kemp Technologies to Progress Software

Kemp Technologies’ portfolio includes the industry’s first per-app, application delivery controller combined with a robust network and application performance monitoring suite, partnering with 11,000+ active, paying customers in 138 countries. Kemp Technologies employs over 300 employees worldwide and is headquartered in New York, New York with operating offices in Ireland, the Czech Republic, India, Germany and Singapore.

Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Mill Point Capital, working closely with its shareholders and management team throughout the sale process. This included providing M&A and industry expertise as well as closely managing all aspects of the process, such as the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. The acquisition is expected to close in October 2021, subject to obtaining regulatory approvals and satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.
