Sullivan Street Partners has acquired Tivoli Group
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is delighted to have represented Sullivan Street Partners (“Sullivan Street”) on its acquisition of Tivoli Group Limited (“Tivoli”), a carve-out from ISS A/S, a leading global provider of facility services based in Denmark.
Tivoli (formerly ISS U.K. Landscaping division) is one of the U.K.’s leading landscaping and grounds maintenance providers servicing over 400 contracts across more than 600 customers including the Ministry of Defence, local authorities and blue-chip corporates.
In 2017, ISS decided to divest the U.K. Landscaping division, which was determined to be a non-core asset. Sullivan Street saw an opportunity to refocus Tivoli, increase its capacity utilisation and pursue other growth initiatives. Tivoli complements another of Sullivan Street’s portfolio companies — Orbis, a leading provider of vacant property services.
Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Sullivan Street.
