Keltec, a portfolio company of Vance Street Capital, has acquired AJR Filtration

AJR Filtration

Founded in 1997, AJR Filtration is a family-owned, Chicago-based manufacturer of process liquid and dust collection filtration products. The company focuses on providing a diverse range of critical consumable filtration solutions across demanding applications.

The Deal

Lincoln International acted as the buy-side advisor to Vance Street Capital Partners and Keltec Technolab, working closely with the teams to provide filtration market expertise. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Keltec Technolab is a leading provider of aftermarket filtration components for compressed air, hydraulic, liquid processing and dust collection solutions. The company specializes in designing, developing and manufacturing an extensive array of consumable filtration solutions for industrial, pharmaceutical, aerospace and various other industries. Vance Street invested in Keltec Technolab in 2024.
