Home Dynamix has been sold to Town & Country Living and H.I.G. Capital
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Home Dynamix, LLC (“Home Dynamix” or the “Company”) has been sold to Town & Country Living (“Town & Country”) with a supporting investment from H.I.G. Capital (“H.I.G.”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Home Dynamix, based in North Arlington, New Jersey, was founded by the three Evar brothers in 1986 and is a leading provider of quality and on-trend home goods and home furnishings with over 30 years of proven success. Home Dynamix designs and distributes rugs, mats, bedding products, bath accessories and other home fashions and decorative products to a diverse set of prominent retailer and e-tail partners in the home products, home improvement and online channels. The Company sells its products through owned and licensed brands such as Nicole Miller, Elle Décor and Christian Siriano.
