Hartley Botanic has been sold to Alcuin Capital Partners

Founded in 1938, Hartley Botanic is the preeminent designer and manufacturer of luxury greenhouses and glasshouses in the UK. The company offers a comprehensive collection of award-winning classic Victorian and contemporary designs that are handmade in its factory in Lancashire, UK. Renowned for the elegance and superlative craftsmanship of its products, Hartley Botanic is the only aluminum greenhouse brand endorsed by the Royal Horticultural Society.

Under Rockpool’s ownership, the company has doubled its sales through the pursuit of an export-led strategy that has created a global following amongst horticultural enthusiasts and high-net-worth individuals, particularly in the United States, which has become the company’s largest market.
