Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, has announced that Defibtech, LLC (“Defibtech”) has been sold to Nihon Kohden Corporation (“Nihon Kohden”), a publicly traded company (TSE:6849).
Based in Guilford, CT, Defibtech is a leading global designer and manufacturer of external defibrillators and life resuscitation devices for use in factories, offices, gyms, schools, businesses, hospitals, physician offices, emergency medical service, and military and public access markets.
