Antares Vision has acquired Applied Vision
Antares Vision is an Italy-based provider of inspection systems, track and trace technologies and smart data management. Antares Vision serves customers globally in the food and beverage, medical and pharmaceutical sectors. Applied Vision is an Akron, Ohio-based provider of machine vision inspection systems used in the food and beverage sectors.
The acquisition of Applied Vision will help accelerate Antares Vision’s growth initiatives, particularly in the North American region and beverage end market.
Lincoln International acted as exclusive buy-side advisor to Antares Vision, working closely with Antares Vision’s management team and advisors while providing process, financial and tactical advisory expertise.
Year-to-date, Lincoln’s team in Italy has advised on five buy-side transactions with Italian corporates, four of which were cross-border.
