TRIME
TRIME is a leading Italian player, headquartered in Cassinetta di Lugagnano, Milan, and engaged in the development and production of lighting towers for infrastructure sites, mines and live events. TRIME is a pioneer of the sustainable lighting towers industry, having anticipated market trends in the field of energy saving, exhaust gas reduction and CO2 emissions. TRIME boasts four state-of-the-art production plants located in Italy and relies on a wide and diversified blue chip customer base.
The Deal
21 Invest acquired a majority stake in TRIME, alongside the management, with the objectives to grow the company organically through international expansion, in the American and Australian market, strengthening its leading position in the reference market. Lincoln International supported 21 Invest in arranging a suitable financing package to finance the acquisition and the operating needs of TRIME.
