GLORIA
GLORIA is a leading European manufacturer of portable fire extinguishers and related fire safety products. Headquartered in Wadersloh, Germany, the company operates its primary manufacturing facility in Ropczyce, Poland, and serves customers across Europe through an established distribution network. GLORIA has more than 80 years of experience in the fire safety industry and offers a broad portfolio of portable fire extinguishers, related accessories and training solutions.
The Deal
As part of Lone Star’s carve-out of GLORIA from Kidde Global Solutions, Lincoln International advised on the sale of the business to ANAF Fire Protection. Leveraging its deep industrials expertise, extensive relationships across the fire safety sector and global reach, Lincoln International conducted a targeted sale process that resulted in GLORIA joining ANAF Fire Protection, where the business is well-positioned to benefit from complementary capabilities, an expanded European footprint and continued investment in its future growth.
