The Deal
AXISCADES engaged Lincoln International in connection with the strategic divestment of its engineering services business to Akkodis. AXISCADES objective was to identify a high-quality strategic partner that could provide continuity to customers, employees and stakeholders, while bringing global scale, digital engineering capabilities and long-term growth opportunities to the engineering services business. This was a highly complex transaction, as it was not merely a strategic divestment intended to release capital. Rather, it formed part of a deliberate transformation of AXISCADES into a fundamentally different business model, while simultaneously ensuring continuity of the divested international business within a new ownership and operating structure.
