Fri-Jado is a global category leader in premium rotisseries, hot and cold food displays, and related consumables and spare parts. The company operates from a state-of-the-art production facility in the Netherlands and serves a global blue-chip customer base. Fri-Jado’s large installed base of displays and rotisseries provides a strong foundation for recurring aftermarket demand.

Fri-Jado is recognized for its highly innovative, proprietary product portfolio, which helps customers enhance in-store food presentation, improve operational efficiency and optimize total cost of ownership.

The Deal

Under Torqx’s ownership, Fri-Jado strengthened its global leadership position in rotisseries and further developed its hot and cold food displays proposition through the introduction of innovative new products.

The company moved into a new, state-of-the-art production facility and delivered a strong long-term growth trajectory, significantly strengthening its position in food retail, accelerating its expansion into food-to-go and successfully entering the fast casual market.

Lincoln International was appointed as exclusive advisor and ran a competitive process. Röko ultimately emerged as the preferred partner to support Fri-Jado in its next growth phase.
