Christine Tiseo, Managing Director in Lincoln International’s Debt Advisory Group, named one of the Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A

Lincoln International is pleased to announce that Christine Tiseo, Managing Director, was recognized as one of the 25 Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A by Mergers & Acquisitions magazine.

Ms. Tiseo joined Lincoln International 12 years ago and has been a leader in growing Lincoln’s Debt Advisory practice into a market-leading segment for the firm. Over her career at Lincoln, Ms. Tiseo has executed over 60 financings for private equity clients, including many of the leading private equity firms in the country, such as Comvest Partners, Monomoy Capital, North Castle Capital, Platinum Equity, Sun Capital, Symphony Technology, Versa Capital and Wynnchurch Capital, among others. Her extensive transaction credentials span a variety of transaction types, including acquisition financings, refinancings of existing debt, dividend recaps and growth financings, as well as numerous industries, including manufacturing, technology, distribution and business services.

Most recently, Ms. Tiseo has been a meaningful contributor to the Group’s continuing growth. In 2015, Lincoln International’s Debt Advisory Group arranged a record-breaking 30+ financing transactions globally, of which 15 were arranged and closed in the US.

Prior to joining Lincoln International, Ms. Tiseo spent eight years executing corporate finance transactions at Stonebridge Associates LLC, a mid-market investment bank, and at the Export Development Corporation, a specialty commercial finance company specialized in international trade financing. Ms. Tiseo earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance from McGill University.
