Founded in 2022, Nederlandse Klinieken Groep (NLKG) has rapidly established itself as one of the Netherlands’ leading independent treatment clinic platforms. Operating a nationwide network of 23 clinics across well-established brands including Dr. Kuypers, Eisenhower Kliniek, Heelkunde Instituut Nederland, De Blaak and Park Medisch Centrum & Kliniek, NLKG delivers high-quality specialist care across a broad range of medical disciplines. These include orthopedics, dermatology, phlebology, general surgery, neurology, plastic surgery and hand and wrist surgery, supported by its own hospital-grade operating theater. Backed by MG Partners since 2022, NLKG has pursued an ambitious buy-and-build strategy, completing nine acquisitions while investing in a scalable central platform and expanding its clinical infrastructure.
The Deal
Lincoln International acted as exclusive debt advisor to MG Partners and NLKG on the refinancing of the group’s existing debt facilities. Lincoln’s Capital Advisory Group conducted a competitive financing process, generating strong interest from leading European banks and private credit providers. Leveraging this competitive dynamic, Lincoln secured a tailored financing solution that refinanced the group’s existing capital structure and delivered additional flexibility to support NLKG’s continued acquisition-led growth strategy.
