Lincoln International Adds Raffael Huber as Director to Expand Firm’s Presence in Switzerland
Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Raffael Huber as a Director in its Industrials Group. Based in Zurich, Raffael will play a leading role in expanding Lincoln’s presence in Switzerland and across Europe.

The appointment reflects Lincoln’s ongoing commitment to investing in its platform and attracting exceptional talent. With 15 years of M&A experience in Switzerland, Raffael has advised on several transactions and has held regional and client coverage responsibilities across various sectors. He has deep expertise in complex cross-border sell-side and buy-side M&A, valuations, process leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management involving both private and public companies, as well as entrepreneurs and financial sponsors.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Raffael was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Credit Suisse investment banking and PwC’s M&A corporate finance team. Raffael completed a Master of Accounting & Finance at Universität St. Gallen
