Avoki IT Services is a carve-out entity from Avoki Group (owned by Nalka) consisting of three established IT companies: Avoki IT AB (formerly Xite Consulting AB), Avoki BC AB (formerly BlueCom AB) and Primal Infra AB. The company is a leading provider of IT services within security & network, cloud & hosting and AI & innovation in Sweden, with a history dating back to 2004. Today, Avoki IT Services has more than 670 active and loyal customers, over 50 employees and a local presence in Uppsala, Stockholm, Helsingborg, Kramfors and Sundsvall.

The Deal

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Nalka and Avoki Group, providing strategic advice, comprehensive market and buyer insight and hands-on execution support throughout the transaction, drawing on the firm’s deep sector expertise in the global IT services sectors. iteam AS (backed by Equip Capital) has entered into an agreement to acquire Avoki IT Services, representing an important milestone for iteam as the company’s first expansion outside Norway. Together, iteam and Avoki IT Services will form a Nordic leader in managed IT services, with strong positions in network infrastructure, cloud services and AI.
