Vince products are sold in prestige locations worldwide, as well as 58 company-operated stores and Vince.com.
As the Company’s exclusive financial advisor with respect to the term loan credit facility, Lincoln worked closely with Vince’s senior management team helping to structure, arrange and negotiate the terms of the financing.
