Thompson Street Capital Partners has sold Complus Data Innovations to Passport Labs
Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Tarrytown, NY, Complus Data Innovations is a leading provider of parking enforcement software and payment solutions to municipalities, colleges, universities and airports with over 200 clients across the United States. Complus’ software platform, FastTrack™ provides clients with a unified approach to citation management and permitting, data processing and revenue management, to efficiently manage all aspects of citations and permits from issuance to collection, improve parking efficiency and optimize municipal revenue streams.

This included providing advisory expertise and managing the marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
