The DLC Group has been sold to Addison Group

Lincoln acted as the lead financial advisor to Gryphon Investors and DLC, working closely with the company’s management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The DLC Group is a leading provider of comprehensive finance and accounting (F&A) consulting and staffing solutions. The company serves clients ranging in size from early stage start-ups to Fortune 1000 companies, across a diverse base of industries and market segments. DLC maintains a well-established leadership position within its core markets, which include Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, and Chicago. DLC was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Woodland Hills, California.
