Schlemmer Industry & Building Parts has been sold to Galiena Capital
Founded in 1922 and headquartered in Boulay (Moselle – Eastern France), SIB is a leading electrical distribution protection specialist generating €22m in sales. SIB designs, manufactures, and markets cable glands and accessories for various industrial market segments as well as building parts for the French construction market.
Further to a strategic review, Schlemmer Group determined that SIB, its French subsidiary, was no longer core to its strategy, and accordingly initiated a divestment process.
