Century Park Capital Partners has sold Moss to Wasserstein & Co.
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Moss, Inc. (“Moss” or the “Company”) has been sold to Wasserstein & Co., LP (“Wasserstein & Co.”). Moss was a portfolio company of Century Park Capital Partners (“Century Park”), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Lincoln acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Moss, working closely with the management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
