Lincoln International Represents Platte River Equity in the Sale of PRV Metals to Tinicum
Through its two operating subsidiaries, Sierra Alloys in Irwindale, California, and TSI Titanium in Derry, Pennsylvania, PRV Metals manufactures and supplies forged and rolled titanium, stainless steel products and other specialty alloys for the commercial aerospace, defense, medical, energy and industrial sectors. PRV Metals specializes in flat and round bar and plate products, as well as hot rolling, forging, conditioning, heat treating and machining.
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Platte River in the sale of PRV Metals to Tinicum. Lincoln worked closely with Platte River and the PRV Metals management team throughout the sale process. This role included providing M&A and industry expertise, as well as managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
