Leder & Schuh has sold its German retail park operations to Kienast Group
Leder & Schuh AG, one of the predominant European shoe retail companies, headquartered in Graz, Austria, has sold its German retail park activities operated under the Shoe4You (52 stores) and Jello (2 stores) brands to Kienast GmbH & Co. KG (“Kienast”), the owner-managed German shoe retail specialist. With this strategic acquisition, Kienast broadens its brand portfolio and significantly strengthens its market position. The parties agreed not to disclose any further details related to this transaction. Werner Weber, member of the executive board of Leder & Schuh AG, highlights, “The disposal of our German retail park operations is a significant milestone in the ongoing process of our strategic repositioning.
