Graham Partners has sold National Diversified Sales to NORMA Group

Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that National Diversified Sales (“NDS” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Graham Partners, has been acquired by NORMA Group for $285 million, expanding NORMA Group’s global position in the area of water management.

Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, NDS is a leading supplier of water management solutions, including products for storm water management, efficient landscape irrigation and flow management. NDS has established a successful nationwide, multichannel presence such that its products are available to end users wherever they shop. The Company’s product offering and customer service model have enabled it to become the supplier of choice to its customers.

This transaction represents another important deal for Lincoln’s highly active Building and Infrastructure Group. “We were honored to work with Graham Partners and NDS on this successful transaction,” said Jeff Corum, head of the Building and Infrastructure Group at Lincoln. “NDS is a leader in the water management industry run by a highly successful and experienced management team and NORMA Group is a strong strategic buyer for the Company.”
