First Capital Partners has sold Bestronics to New Water Capital
Headquartered in San Jose, California, Bestronics is a leading turnkey provider of high precision electronics engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply chain and fulfillment services. Bestronics specializes in high mix, low volume programs and can support full program lifecycles from initial design support, design for excellence (DFx) and prototyping to commercialization. The company is able to navigate complex, custom programs with best-in-class manufacturing capabilities, including custom printed circuit board assembly, surface-mount technology, through-hole, electro-mechanical assembly, full box build, integration, testing and fulfillment. As a result of its unparalleled value proposition, Bestronics was able to partner with blue-chip customers in several attractive, high-growth end markets, including power and infrastructure, industrial, commercial and medical.
Lincoln acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Bestronics, working closely with the company’s management team and shareholders throughout the sale process.
