Collins Aerospace has sold N2 Imaging Systems to Cornerstone Capital Holdings
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Collins Aerospace in the sale of N2 Imaging Systems (N2), a division within Collins, to Cornerstone Capital Holdings. Lincoln worked closely with Collins Aerospace (Collins) and N2’s management team throughout the sale process. This role included providing M&A and industry expertise, as well as managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
N2 is a leader in the design and manufacture of compact, low power, visible and infrared imaging systems (near infrared to thermal) used for soldier vision enhancement, surveillance, or threat detection-and-targeting conducted during day, night, or under low visibility conditions. N2 provides improved personnel protection by enhancing situational awareness. Focusing on mission-critical systems and platform capabilities, the company works closely with customers to meet requirements, and provide complete training, system and field service support.
