Cobepa has acquired a majority stake in Enoplastic
Cobepa, the Belgium investment company, has completed the acquisition of Enoplastic S.p.A., the Italian leading producer of capsules, screw caps and closures solutions for the wine & spirits industry.
Mr. Michele Moglia has invested alongside Cobepa and will continue to manage the company carrying on a successful entrepreneurial history began in 1957.
The partnership agreement with Cobepa will supports Enoplastic in its next phase of growth, creating opportunities to further strengthen its significant leadership position in Italy and worldwide.
Lincoln International acted as exclusive M&A adviser to Cobepa in this transaction, supporting the buyer in all aspects of the deal.
