David is a Managing Director in Lincoln’s Consumer Group, advising clients on transactions involving strategic acquirers, control investments from private equity firms and growth equity capital.

David’s more than 25 years of experience extends across the consumer industry and ranges from transformational growth brands to leading private label companies. With insight and competence, David helps his clients navigate industry changes. He has successfully represented leading consumer-focused, private equity investors and partnered with founders of high growth private companies. David and his team have a broad track record advising companies and brands in all product categories. He has advised on a number of cross-border transactions involving Chinese and other foreign strategic acquirers.

Prior to joining Lincoln, David worked as an investment banker in structured finance. He was Vice President of Corporate Development for LINC Capital and Vice President at First Chicago. He began his career as a certified public accountant for KPMG.

David earned a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor of Science from Wake Forest University.
