Will works closely with private companies, private equity-backed companies and private equity funds to provide buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory within the consumer sector.

Will stays informed on ever-changing consumer behaviors and trends, to find new opportunities and deliver value to his clients.

Before joining Lincoln as an Associate in 2018, Will worked as a manager at BDO LLP in its retail and consumer M&A team.

Will is a certified ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA) and earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Durham University.
