Toru Nagai joined Lincoln International as a Senior Advisor in April 2020.

Toru currently serves as President of N.G.I. Consulting, a management consulting firm based in Tokyo; Affiliate Associate Professor at Digital Hollywood University; and a Director of a publicly listed PR agency.

Started his career as an Equity Analyst at Daiwa Institute of Research, a subsidiary of Daiwa Securities. Toru later joined Morgan Stanley Japan and acted as Managing Director & Head of Japan Research.

Toru graduated from Doshisha University’s Faculty of Chemical Engineering and earned a Master of Science in engineering from the Graduate School of Science and Engineering at Doshisha University.
