As a member of Lincoln International’s global Healthcare Group, Tom supports global healthcare clients throughout the entirety of the mergers & acquisition (M&A) process, including leading the development of  company’s business model positioning, growth drivers and investment thesis. Tom has been involved in numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions for leading private equity firms, privately held businesses and public companies in the United States, Europe, India and Japan.

Tom has spent his entire career within Lincoln’s Healthcare Group, specializing on the life sciences, pharmaceutical & lab services and medical device sectors, supporting the firm’s precision medicine focus.

Tom completed his Bachelor of Arts in economics at Washington and Lee University. While at Washington and Lee, Tom was a two-year captain of the varsity baseball team where he received All-American honors and was named the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Scholar Athlete of the Year.
