I deeply enjoy helping shape the education middle market and supporting the continued growth of promising companies delivering powerful solutions to students and educators.

Tom leads advisory services to the education technology and services sector and is head of the firm’s Dallas office. He has nearly 20 years of mergers and acquisitions experience, working on numerous transactions, primarily for private equity firms and privately held businesses. Tom’s experience includes buy-side and sell-side transactions, cross-border advisory and recapitalization transactions.

Tom has acquired a deep knowledge of education technology and services and effectively navigates the market shifts caused by the expansion and integration of technology into daily education operations. As mid-sized companies reach a size and growth stage that require new partnerships, Tom serves as a trusted advisor, providing unbiased advice through the complicated process of identifying and ultimately negotiating with potential new partners, whether strategic or financial.

Tom serves on the board of the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Tom led the education group at MHT Partners. Previously, he was an Analyst with Bear, Stearns & Co.

Tom earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
