Siebrecht founded Lincoln’s Brussels office and has been instrumental in growing the Belgium team to become one of the leading middle market mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisors in Belgium.

Throughout his career, Siebrecht’s focus has been on originating and executing middle market M&A transactions in Belgium. Siebrecht works on assignments for a diversified set of clients including private equity groups, large corporates, entrepreneurs and public sector clients in a variety of industries and has built up specific expertise in the business services; technology, media and telecom; industrials; consumer and retail and healthcare industries.

Prior to joining Lincoln International in 2018, Siebrecht worked at Rothschild & Co. in Brussels. In 2010, Siebrecht was involved in setting up the offices of the independent M&A advisory firm Leonardo & Co. in Brussels (acquired by Rothschild & Co. in 2015).

Siebrecht studied business engineering at the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL) before completing a master’s degree in business engineering at the Solvay Brussels School of Economic and Management (ULB).
