Managing Director
Chicago Mergers & Acquisitions Healthcare +1 (312) 506-2706
I am humbled and awed by the impressive businesses that our clients spend many years of their lives building. It is a great honor and a very serious thing when a client hires us to advise them.

Nick provides senior-level advisory services on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for companies in the healthcare sector. In representing clients, he seeks to understand their goals and to optimize transaction outcomes that go beyond price and terms, and include plans for management, employees and legacy factors that extend far beyond the transaction closing date.

Nick has spent his entire career of more than 25 years in healthcare and has a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and related payer, regulatory and clinical dynamics. As a result, he has the expertise and insights to best position a client’s business to drive the strongest interest from strategic buyers and private equity. Through his highly collaborative and consultative approach, Nick provides thoughtful advice based on ongoing developments in the healthcare industry, often starting far in advance of a transaction. Nick has experience working with companies in every sector of healthcare. His focus areas include provider and outsourced services, behavioral health, pharmacy, logistics and distribution.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Nick co-led healthcare investment banking at BB&T Capital Markets. Previously, he led healthcare investment banking at KeyBanc Capital Markets and was a member of the healthcare investment banking group at Raymond James.

Nick earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University.
