Arranging financing for a company is like solving a complex puzzle with lots of moving pieces. It’s very rewarding to work through these complexities and achieve outlier results for our clients.
Natalie raises debt capital and arranges financings for a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, dividend recapitalizations and refinancings. She also assesses and renders opinions on companies’ debt capacities. Her clients include private equity sponsors, family offices, independent sponsors and private companies.
For over 20 years, Natalie has advised clients on various corporate transactional matters, including financing terms and structures available to borrowers. As new capital sources enter the market and terms and capital structures evolve, Natalie helps her clients make sense of it all through a streamlined, transparent approach.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Natalie practiced corporate law at Shearman & Sterling LLP, where she advised on domestic and cross-border capital raising transactions, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
Natalie earned a Master of Business Administration (with honors) from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. Natalie also earned a Bachelor of Science (with honors) from Purdue University.
