Michael Mackintosh

Michael provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in Lincoln’s Business Services Group. He has over a decade of investment banking experience, executing both sell-side and buy-side transactions for entrepreneurs, privately-owned companies and private equity clients.

Michael has a deep understanding of the dynamics that drive transaction activity in the business services industry. He adopts a commercial and hands-on approach to understand his clients’ objectives, navigating them through the complexities of a transaction process to deliver optimal results.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Michael was an Associate Director within the M&A advisory practice at KPMG. He was a finalist for Young Dealmaker of the Year at the 2022 Solent Deal Awards.

Michael holds a Master of Arts with honors in modern languages from the University of St Andrews and a graduate diploma in law from the University of Birmingham. He speaks English, Italian and Spanish.
