Maxime provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services across various industries in the Belgian market.
During his career, Maxime gained strong experience advising both strategic and private equity clients across M&A, public offerings, public takeovers and leveraged buyouts in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Lincoln International, Maxime was a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, UK. He started his career at BNP Paribas in Brussels, Belgium, before moving to London.
Maxime graduated from the University of Antwerp with a master’s degree in applied economics and is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
