I am inspired by helping my clients through every step of a transaction in order to achieve outlier results that exceed their objectives.

Matt provides capital advisory and restructuring services to companies and stakeholders of companies. Matt has expertise in complex capital structure transactions including bespoke financings, corporate restructurings, liability management and distressed mergers and acquisitions, in and out of court. In addition to capital advisory services, Matt also provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to companies across the consumer spectrum. He has both buy-side and sell-side expertise and has worked closely with publicly traded companies as well as private equity-backed and privately held businesses.

Matt enjoys providing invaluable services to his clients as they assess and execute strategic transactions and alternatives to achieve the best possible outcomes. He strives to serve collaboratively as an extension of their team.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Matt worked in New York at Deutsche Bank where he facilitated M&A, debt and equity transactions across consumer, industrials and business services sectors. Additionally, he served as a Major in the United States Marine Corps across deployments to Asia-Pacific and Afghanistan.

Matt earned a Master of Business Administration in accounting from Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Engineering Management from McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University. He previously earned a Bachelor of Science in business management at The Ohio State University.
