I have a deep understanding of the value drivers for consumer businesses and how to best position these companies for sale, supported by precision and energy in executing tightly managed processes.

Mark has significant experience advising companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for leading private equity groups, privately owned companies, public companies and emerging growth brands. His work has focused on a wide range of mid-market domestic and cross-border M&A, including sell-side and buy-side transactions, capital raising, restructuring and other strategic advisory mandates. Mark brings a results-oriented approach, combined with a deep knowledge of business operations and a focus on quality and service, to deliver outstanding strategic and financial advice for his clients.

As a senior member of Lincoln’s Consumer Group, Mark’s transaction expertise has focused on consumer products, direct-to-consumer, food and beverage, and active lifestyle companies. Through this sector focus, and deep relationships developed with both privately owned companies and leading private equity firms, he has a clear understanding of the dynamics that drive outlier values for these businesses.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Mark was an Associate Director at Deloitte Corporate Finance Advisory, where he focused on the consumer sector. His experience includes working in the U.K. and Germany on a variety of transactions across the consumer and industrial sectors.

Mark earned a first-class honors degree in economics from the University of Manchester and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
