Lisa provides mergers and acquisition (M&A) advisory services to clients in various sectors within the healthcare industry, including healthcare services, physician practice management and healthcare information technology. She focuses on serving leading private equity groups, private and family-owned businesses.

In this dynamic industry, Lisa works with her clients to identify ways to differentiate in their markets, manage challenging issues and find strategic alternatives that will create value for shareholders.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Lisa worked at Deloitte’s investment banking group, primarily covering the healthcare and technology sectors. Previously, she worked at Citi’s investment banking group focusing on the consumer sector in New York, and at Korea Investment & Securities Co. in Seoul, South Korea.

Lisa earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea.
