Julian Knirim

Julian advises shareholders, management teams and financial sponsors on complex private and public mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions in the global healthcare sector. He has extensive experience in sell-side and buy-side transactions within the healthcare services, medical technology, healthcare information technology, pharmaceuticals and dental sectors.

Julian is passionate about working with exceptional people, truly understanding his client’s needs and goals, their businesses and underlying market dynamics within the rapidly changing global healthcare ecosystem.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Julian worked in the healthcare M&A practice at Raymond James. Previously, he   worked at Richmond Park Partners, focused in M&A, and in the investment banking department at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Berenberg.

Julian earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Bamberg.
