Jim Schrader

I focus on developing real relationships with clients, providing honest and thoughtful advice throughout every engagement.

Jim is an officer of the Consumer Group at Lincoln, providing investment banking and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to consumer and food and beverage businesses. Jim has more than six years of investment banking experience and has completed transactions for leading private equity firms, privately held businesses and public companies.

Jim has advised on a range of transactions including domestic and cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts and debt financings. He brings deep industry insight and broad transaction experience to his clients, helping them consider and evaluate strategic alternatives.

Jim has spent his entire professional career at Lincoln, joining the firm as an Analyst. Jim is based in Lincoln’s Chicago office, but has also spent time working in the firm’s London and
New York offices.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He also holds a minor in music from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University.
