Paris Mergers & Acquisitions Aerospace & Defense | Industrials
I forage long-lasting relationships with my clients by delivering transparent solutions and optimizing time to ensure project success.

Jean-Marie Huet is an advisor in the aeronautical supply chain with exclusive partnerships in Seattle, Washington, U.S. (Boeing), Marignane, France (Airbus Helicopter), and London, U.K. He has more than 35 years of experience in the aerospace and defense (A&D) space.

Jean-Marie’s background leading strategy and mergers and acquisitions in the European A&D industry allows him to employ practical, customized solutions for complex problems. His passion for the industry coupled with his drive to be a transparent ally to his clients has led him to adopt a never give up attitude.

Before acting as an advisor for Lincoln, approximately 15 years ago, Jean-Marie founded Etudes et Communication Financière in order to become an independent consultant to European players in the aeronautical supply chain. This included him serving as President for 5 years of the high-technology, composite production company Aviacomp. Previously, Jean-Marie took over an aerostructure company made up of five factories in France, opened a surface treatment and detailed parts factory in Morocco, Africa, before reselling the company to SEGULA, which he then joined to lead its mergers and acquisitions department. Prior to that, he was Vice President of sales and development for Thales Training and Simulation (TTS), then MBDA. Jean-Marie started his career at Aerospatiale / Euromissile, where he handled international cooperation.

Jean-Marie holds a degree in aeronautics from ESTACA, Engineering School in Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France.
